Your Privacy Choices

TAKL does not sell your personal information. Residents of California and other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws have the right to direct us not to sell or share their personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. To submit a request, use either of the following methods:

1. Sign in to app.takl.com → Settings → Your Data → follow the prompts, or
2. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," your full name, your Share Code (found under Settings), and the email address on your account.

An authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State may submit a request on your behalf. We may require verification.

We will process your request within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
